Return and Refund
Please choose carefully as we will not be able to cancel your order, offer a refund or exchange on any preserved roses arrangements due to simple change of mind.
- All our preserved rose products are made to order.
- All sales of our preserved rose products are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued.
For candles and Chic Gifts items we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item has not been removed from its original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee & shipping is not to be refunded.
We understand that sometimes our products may be damaged in transit due to no fault of ours or the customer. In case your order arrives damaged or defected, please notify us within 3 days after its delivery by emailing email@example.com or calling us at +1-747-999-2020.
We also reserve the right to ask for photographic proof of any damages in order for us to investigate the issue.
